This privacy policy complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), and, insofar as it does not conflict with the aforementioned legislation, Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD) and its implementing regulations, and/or any legislation that may replace or update them in the future.
Our organisation is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal data. The personal data you provide is necessary for us to provide our services and is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently, ensuring that it is adequately secured, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, through the implementation of technical and organisational measures.
The purpose of this document is to provide you, in a transparent and fair manner, with all the necessary information regarding the processing of your personal data by this organisation.

- Should any of our suppliers or service providers be based outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we guarantee that international data transfers will be carried out in accordance with the applicable regulations. In particular, in the case of suppliers based in the United States, such transfers may be covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov), the adequacy of which was recognised by the European Commission on 10 July 2023, or in standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

IV. – RIGHTS
4.1. RIGHT OF ACCESS
This is the right to obtain confirmation from the data controller as to whether or not personal data concerning the data subject are being processed and, if so, the right of access to the personal data and to the following information: the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data concerned, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, the retention period or the criteria used to determine this period, the existence of the right to request from the data controller the rectification or erasure of personal data or the restriction of the processing of personal data relating to the data subject, or to object to such processing; the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD); the existence, where applicable, of automated decision-making, including profiling; and, where data is transferred to third countries, the right to be informed of the appropriate safeguards applied.
4.2. RIGHT TO RECTIFICATION
This is the right to request the rectification of your personal data if it is inaccurate, including the right to have incomplete data completed. Please note that by providing us with your personal data by any means, you guarantee that it is true and accurate and undertake to notify us of any changes or amendments to it. Consequently, any damage caused as a result of providing erroneous, inaccurate or incomplete information on the website’s forms shall be the sole responsibility of the data subject.
4.3. RIGHT TO ERASURE
This is the right to request the erasure of your personal data when, amongst other circumstances, it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or is being processed for other purposes, or you withdraw your consent. It should be noted that erasure will not apply where the processing of personal data is necessary, amongst other circumstances, for compliance with legal obligations or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
4.4. RIGHT TO RESTRICTION
This is the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted, which means that, in certain cases, you may ask us to temporarily suspend the processing of your personal data or to retain it for longer than is strictly necessary, should you require it.
4.5. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT
This is your right to withdraw the consent you have given by ticking the box “I have read and accept the privacy policy” at any time and as specified in the relevant section ‘Exercising your rights’ or in the specific terms governing marketing communications or newsletters. It should be noted that this right will not apply if, amongst other cases, the processing of personal data is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation, the performance and maintenance of a contractual relationship, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Furthermore, the withdrawal of consent will not have retroactive effect; in other words, it will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given prior to its withdrawal.
4.6. RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY
This is the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit that data to another data controller, provided that: the processing is based on your consent and is carried out by automated or computerised means.
4.7. RIGHT TO OBJECT
This is the right to object to the processing of your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interests. We will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

4.9. EXERCISING RIGHTS

The person responsible implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data.
6. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
6.1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The personal data requested in each specific processing operation is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed, thereby complying with the principle of data minimisation.
The personal data requested for each specific processing operation is strictly necessary; a refusal to provide it would mean that we would be unable to provide the requested service.
Las comunicaciones de los datos personales previstas en cada uno de los tratamientos específicos en algunos casos son necesarias para la ejecución y el mantenimiento de un contrato y en otros casos para el cumplimiento de una obligación legal aplicable al responsable del tratamiento.
6.2. TRATAMIENTOS BÁSICOS
FORMULARIO DE CONTACTO
Los datos personales que se proporcionen en el formulario de contacto serán utilizados únicamente para responder a las consultas o solicitudes de información y gestionar la relación derivada de la consulta.
La base legal que legitima el tratamiento de los datos personales es el consentimiento expreso al marcar “I have read and accept the privacy policy”.
Los datos no serán cedidos a terceras personas, salvo obligación legal o cuando sea necesario para la correcta prestación del servicio.
Los datos personales se conservarán por un período de dos años desde el momento en que dejen de tratarse, sin perjuicio del ejercicio de los derechos que le asisten como persona interesada, salvo que se derive alguna relación contractual o legal que obligue a su conservación por más tiempo.
FORMULARIO CURRICULUM
Los datos personales incluido en el currículum, así como los que se recaben durante los procesos de selección, se tratarán para gestionar el proceso selectivo en la empresa incluyendo entrevistas, pruebas y comunicaciones relacionadas, evaluando la idoneidad de las personas candidatas presentadas. Así como mantener los datos para futuros procesos de selección si la persona candidata no resulta seleccionada y se autoriza dicha conservación.
La base legal que legitima el tratamiento de los datos personales es el consentimiento expreso al marcar “I have read and accept the privacy policy”.
Los datos personales proceden directamente de la propia persona candidata facilitados a través del formulario curriculum.
Los datos personales se conservarán por un período de dos años desde el momento en que dejen de tratarse, sin perjuicio del ejercicio de los derechos que le asisten como persona interesada. Transcurrido dicho plazo o revocado el consentimiento, los datos serán eliminados de forma segura
FORMULARIO DE PRESUPUESTO
Los datos personales serán tratados para la confección de presupuesto, envío del presupuesto solicitado y gestionar cualquier comunicación relacionada con el mismo.
La base legal que legitima el tratamiento de los datos personales es el consentimiento de la persona interesada al facilitarnos sus datos y/o nuestro interés legítimo de gestionar su solicitud de presupuesto, al marcar “I have read and accept the privacy policy”.
No se prevén cesiones de datos a terceros, salvo obligación legal o en los casos en que sea necesario para la prestación del servicio. En este último supuesto, los datos podrán ser tratados por terceros que prestan servicios al responsable (como asesorías, proveedores tecnológicos o entidades financieras), con los que se han suscrito los correspondientes contratos de encargo del tratamiento, garantizando la confidencialidad y seguridad de la información.
Los datos personales proceden de la propia persona interesada o su representante, recabados directamente mediante formulario de solicitud, correo electrónico, llamada o reunión. No se obtienen datos de fuentes externas, ni se tratan datos especialmente sensibles.
Los datos personales se conservarán mientras sea necesario para gestionar la solicitud de presupuesto y, en todo caso, no más de los años necesarios para el cumplimiento de obligaciones legales.
GESTIÓN DE SOPORTE / ASISTENCIA TÉCNICA.
Los datos facilitados serán utilizados para gestionar y dar respuesta a las solicitudes de soporte o asistencia técnica enviadas por las personas usuarias, realizar un seguimiento de la incidencia o consulta y mejorar la calidad del servicio y la experiencia de atención al cliente.
No se tomarán decisiones automatizadas que produzcan efectos significativos para la persona usuaria.
La base legal que legitima el tratamiento es el consentimiento de la persona interesada al clicar «He leído y acepto la política de privacidad«.
No se cederán datos personales a terceras personas salvo:
- Obligación legal.
- Proveedores que prestan servicios necesarios para la gestión del soporte (ej.: hosting, herramientas de ticketing), con los que se han firmado contratos de encargo de tratamiento conforme al art. 28 RGPD.
Los datos no se transferirán a terceros países salvo que la persona proveedora utilizada lo requiera y exista garantía adecuada.
Los datos se conservarán durante el tiempo necesario para resolver la solicitud o incidencia.
Finalizado el periodo, los datos serán eliminados o anonimizados.
